What do voiceover, animation and illustration have in common? A story. And me - I'm the storyteller.
Be it a 12fps walk cycle, a 20-line monologue or a 3-point perspective doodle, I've always been fascinated by stories, no matter what kind. There is literally nothing that brings me more joy than let other people experience the same thing I do, the way I envision it. And, well. If you're here - that means you need a storyteller too. So don't be afraid of reaching out!
My name is Mariana Kotsevitis and I'm currently based in Sã José dos Campos (Brazil). I was born and raised in Brazil by a very awesome and loving family, who allowed all of this to come true for me - so I speak fluent Portuguese and English.
My current focus is Voiceover work, but I won't hesitate to take opportunities in illustration and animation as well.
I've always loved voiceover since I was little; I'd have fun by muting the tv during anime episodes, and dubbing over them.
I've always loved animation since I was little; I worked on my first basic animation when I was 8. I'm mostly traditionally based, but I'm also proficient in 3D animation in Maya and I'm always open to learning new things.
I've always loved illustration since I was little; when other kids stopped drawing because they weren't good at it, I persevered and honed my artistic skills.
Quite honestly, I'm not sure yet where I'll end up in my life. But one thing I do know: my path towards it is through storytelling.
